step-by-step meditation practice with
both private and small group class formats.
Our unique method allows one to fundamentally release

quickly brings about concrete, lasting, positive changes
in one's mind and life. We warmly welcome you to visit our center

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues,
we all are going through a very stressful time.
Let's stay strong and find peace in mind so we can go through this situations together. We are now offering remote guided meditation classes through video chat applcations as well as phone call.

Indoor and Outdoor Meditation Available

All meditation sessions are available by appointment.  

Indoor meditation will be held one-on-one in a private, sanitized single meditation room.
We opened our backyard meditation space while
the while allows - you can meditate in a quiet, comfortable environment while having some fresh air.
Please know all visitors must wear mask and follow instruction so you can meditate while keeping yourself healthy.

We have held guided meditation workshops with numerous companies/organizations' employees/members such as
