BAYSIDE MEDITATION

At Bayside Meditation, we offer a guided,
step-by-step meditation practice with
both private and small group class formats.
Our unique method allows one to fundamentally release
the many emotional burdens accumulated throughout life,
recovering a state of mind that is naturally at ease and happy. 

The meditation method is simple to practice and
quickly brings about concrete, lasting, positive changes
in one's mind and life. We warmly welcome you to visit our center
and discover the benefits for yourself.

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues, stress and anxieties arise due to heightened fear of the
unknown finding ourselves unable to cope and manage
our thoughts/feelings.

Let's stay strong and find peace in our mind so we can overcome this obstacle together.

We are now offering guided meditation classes remotely through video chat platforms (i.e. zoom) as well as phone call. Please check the schedule on our web page, and send us a request.

Indoor and Outdoor Meditation Available

All meditation sessions are available by appointment.  

Indoor meditation will be held one-on-one in a private, disinfected single room.

Outdoor meditation provided in the backyard is available, if weather permits, to meditate in a quiet and comfortable environment while relaxing and enjoying some fresh air.

 

Please note that ALL visitors must wear a mask upon entry and follow guidelines in order to meditate while keeping yourself and others healthy.
