For me, meditation started as a personal search for growth and healing. Over time, it became much more than that—it became my way of life. With 20 years of personal practice and over 11 years of guiding experience, I’ve walked this path with many others, each on their own unique journey.
Through meditation, I’ve seen people release stress, find clarity, and reconnect with who they truly are. It’s a quiet but powerful transformation.
