About the event

You will learn how to systematically clear out the accumulated experiences stored in your mind and free yourself from their effect on your peace and well-being. 

We will combine music, exercise, and lectures and learn a self-massage technique. 

Then you will learn and be guided through a simple meditation method that lets you clear your mind and eliminate the roots of underlying depression, lingering anxiety, and more. 

During the program, we will break into small groups and share our thoughts and feelings together. Experienced meditation guides will share the wisdom of this meditation and guide you in the meditation practice.
