šĀ How to Practice Letting Go
Try this simple three-step practice:
Recognize whatās in your mind.
Write down the thoughts or worries that keep repeatingāabout work, relationships, or the past.
Observe without judgment.
Donāt try to fix or suppress them.
Just notice, āThis is whatās inside me.ā
Discard one by one.
Ask yourself, āDo I need to keep this in my mind?ā
When you see that you donāt, the thought naturally fades away.
